Our plants are of the best quality and we stand behind everything we sell with a 110% satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee that you will be 110% percent satisfied and that our plants are true to species, healthy, and looking great upon leaving our nursery and landing at your door. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, you can return it for a replacement or we will refund 110% of the items purchase price.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and you wish to replace or return an order, immediately send a request for return to Natives@NaturalCommunities.net within 10 days of receiving your order. Within the email please indicate the items you wish to return along with your order number. You can find your order number on your emailed receipt. From there you will receive return instructions. Items shall be returned within 10 days of receiving order to receive a refund.
The customer will be responsible to return the items, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or at an event, by mail or drop off to our Algonquin location. To receive a full refund, your plants shall be in original excellent condition upon return.
We cannot control the treatment of the plants once they leave our site and we do not guarantee their performance beyond our nursery. Natural Communities guarantee doesn’t cover neglect or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
A 20% cancellation fee shall be charged on all canceled orders.
