Quercus ellipsoidalis (Hills Oak / Northern Pin Oak) is a large stately tree. If given room, it performs well in yards and parkways, grows at a fast rate for an oak, and can live for up to 250 - 500 years, what??!! This tree produces an impressive fall show with its intense brick red leaves.
